Chainsaw Carving Show

There’s lots to do at the Carving Show. First notice the 4 foot carved Christmas tree on top of our Tower Family Christmas Tree Farm sign at the entrance. Look to the right as you enter and see the perched eagle on a 15 foot tree stump. Say “Hi” to Stumpy the Bear as you pass. When you see some beautiful Balsam Fir and White Pine Christmas trees, you’ll be getting close to our very old 1850’s barn. A colorful 4 foot dragonfly and 2 more carved Christmas trees greet you as you enter the display area. Trees full of Fall colors give a great background for some photo spots especially with Matthew the Sitting Bear and his friend, Jeremiah the Bullfrog. Look carefully and you might see Greg the Heron and Big Swamp the 7 foot alligator just across the water.

Come and enjoy some fresh country air as you spend 3 minutes or 30 minutes or 3 hours just enjoying a Fall afternoon and some interesting carvings. Don’t forget to pick-up some Indiana honey.

ALL PROCEEDS from the honey and carvings will go to the local food pantry…Love Chapel. We’re looking forward to visiting with you on October 15 from 12 to 5.

Have a blessed day!

THANKS TO ALL OUR CHRISTMAS TREE CUSTOMERS

What great memories we have from selling Christmas trees the past 30 years: cold days, sunny days, dry days, rainy days, snowy days, equipment breakdowns, marriage proposals, a wedding, a gender reveal party, family photo sessions, breakfast, chocolate candy and peanut brittle delivered to us by our customers, farewell cookies made by a new friend, lots and lots of families making Christmas memories, over $50,000 generously donated to Love Chapel by our customers since 2001, friends helping unload 3 semitrailer loads of Fraser Firs, traffic jams, appointments, selling around 100 trees in 1992 and over 1700 trees in 2019, immediate and extended family from Indiana, Kentucky, Minnesota, Colorado, Maryland, Utah, Wisconsin, and South Carolina helping during the tree season alongside friends and neighbors and many more wonderful moments.  Thank you for the memories!!!

If you would like to relate any special times, please feel free to do so. Many of you have shared your stories this tree season. Thanks.

The last sign on our driveway says, “May God’s love and peace be with you.”  That is still our wish for you.

We wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
